A hand-crafted sandwich on house-made BLB bread, Deep River chips or an apple, a freshly-baked BLB cookie and bottled water. Choice of North Country Smokehouse ham and Cabot cheddar, Mackenzie Roasted Turkey and Swiss or Greek Goddess sandwich (Sliced avocado, cucumber, tomato, shredded carrot, Lef Farms greens and Goddess dressing).

One-half of a hand-crafted sandwich on house-made BLB bread, a side garden salad with choice of dressing, apple, a BLB coconut macaroon (GL) and bottled water.

Red quinoa, brown rice, rainbow bell peppers, red onions, fresh basil and feta in a light lemon dressing on a bed of Lef Farms field greens.
