Blue Loon Bakery is owned and operated by New London residents Tricia and Troy Glick. Founded in 2018 by Laurie Schive and Mike Morgan, the Blue Loon has become a beloved gathering place in the community. Tricia and Troy are honored to carry that tradition forward, continuing to create traditional artisan-style breads, pastries, and sandwiches using simple, locally sourced ingredients. Our mission remains to bake exceptional bread and pastries, create a welcoming place to gather, and contribute meaningfully to our community.
