Blue Loon Bakery is owned and operated by Laurie Schive and Mike Morgan. They founded the bakery in 2018 to create traditional artisan-style breads and pastries and sandwiches using simple, locally sourced ingredients. Our mission is to bake amazing bread and pastries, create a welcoming place to gather, and contribute to our community.

What are your hours?Our summer hours are Wednesday to Sunday from 8am to 2pm
Can I place an order online or over the phone?Sorry, we don't currently have online ordering. You can place an advance order over the phone at least 24 hours in advance for orders over $50
Do you have gluten free baked goods?We offer a small selection of baked goods that do not contain gluten. We call those goods "gluten lite" rather than gluten free because we work with wheat and rye flour on a daily basis in the bakery--there is literally flour in the air--and cannot certify that anything in the bakery is gluten-free.
Do you make cakes?Yes! We offer 4", 6" and 8" cakes with at least 24 hours' notice. Check out our order request form on our cakes and dessert page. (We also offer cupcakes and tarts.) Need a larger cake or a special occasion cake for a wedding or anniversary? Fill out the request form and we will call you to talk about what you're looking for and whether we can help!
Do you take catering orders?Yes we do! We can provide pastries, sandwiches, desserts, coffee and other items on our cafe and catering menu. Please fill out our catering inquiry form on our catering page and someone will reach out to you to discuss. We do need at least 72 hours' notice on catering orders.
