If you have at least one year of baking experience and a love for creating high-quality baked goods, we’d love to hear from you!

What You'll Be Doing

As a Baker at Blue Loon Bakery, you’ll play a key role in our kitchen, contributing to the creation of the delicious treats our customers know and love. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and baking a variety of breads, pastries, and other baked goods according to our recipes and standards.

  • Ensuring quality and consistency in every product you create.

  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, adhering to food safety and hygiene standards.

  • Assisting with inventory management by monitoring ingredient levels and communicating needs.

  • Collaborating with the team to develop new recipes and seasonal offerings.

 

What We're Looking For

To thrive in this role, you’ll need to bring:

  • At least 1 year of baking experience—whether in a professional kitchen or a similar setting.

  • A strong understanding of baking techniques and the ability to follow recipes with precision.

  • A passion for creating high-quality baked goods and a keen eye for detail.

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and efficiency.

  • A team-oriented attitude and excellent communication skills.
