Our Swiss Stollen is a cake-like yeasted fruit bread -- we knead rum-soaked candied orange and lemon peel, raisins, walnuts and almonds.  We brush the bread with melted butter, roll it in sugar as soon as it comes out of the oven, resulting in a moister product that keeps for weeks.

  • All Christmas orders will be available for pick up at the bakery on Tuesday, December 24th from 8am to noon.  Please contact the bakery to request an alternate pick up date.
