A BLB favorite, our Quiche Lorraine is made with Vermont Salumi herbaceous ham and Jasper Hill Farms alpha tolman gruyere-style cheese. Our Spinach and feta quiche is a light vegetarian option. All in our house-made puff pastry shell. Eight-inch quiche serves 6-8.
